Technique Cues
Relax your chin down and back. This might feel like making a slight double chin.
Sense for length in the back of your neck by reaching the back of your skull toward the sky.
Imagine the tops of your ears pointing straight up.
Rest your teeth gently together.
Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth, just behind your teeth.
Relax the root of your tongue back.
Ever so slightly relax the corners of your lips up as though you were beginning to smile.
