Find a neutral pelvis position.
Breathe easily in and out through your nose.
Surrender to gravity.
Can you allow your body to relax in such a way that your rib cage settles down toward the floor?
Can you relax any tension in your body?
Can you relax while maintaining the neutral position of your pelvis?
You can do this for 3 - 20 minutes.
