KEY POINTS

Step wide, toes forward, butt back

Keep the bent knee pointing forward ~ do not let it roll toward your midline or widen too far out

Press strongly into the floor with the foot of your bent knee to return to the center

You can repeat all receptions on one side or alternate sides, your choice!
