Key Points

Shift into the hip of the working leg.

Shift the hip of the working leg slightly back and in toward the midline of your body.

Move your pant seam into the groin crease of the working leg.

Keep your weight on your working leg as your other leg taps back and forward.

Do not shift your weight back and forward with your moving leg.
