Foot Splay + Dorsiflexion Drill
Strike with your heel.
Spread and lengthen your toes.
Bend at the ankle to drive your knee forward.
Allow your foot to unlock and relax to splay into the floor.
Keep your hip pulling back and under you. No sassy hip!
Keep your knee tracking over your 2nd + 3rd toes. Do not let your knee fall in.
