#1: Tap Back Stance Row to Clean

#2: Squat to Press

#3: Skater Hops

Instructions

Start with the dumbbell in your right hand.

Perform 6 - 12 reps of each move on your right side.

The Skater Hops are 6 - 12 total (3 - 6 each side)

Then move the dumbbell to your left hand.

Perform 6 - 12 reps of each move on your left side, finishing with the skater hops.

Rest 60 - 90 seconds.

Repeat for 3 - 5 total rounds.
