Instructions

Perform the following 3 moves as a circuit for 3 - 5 total rounds.

Choose a load that allows you to do 6 - 16 reps with the last 2 - 3 reps being very challenging. If you can confidently do 20 reps, the weight is too light.

Rest as little as possible between moves.
