Choose Your Move: Bird Dog

  • 5 reps each side (10 total reps) x 1 set

  • Quality over quantity with this exercise!

  • Choose a variation that allows you to maintain solid technique

  • Hold for 5-10 seconds in the extended position.

Strength Boost Extra

Supported Tricep Kickback

  • Choose a variation that allows you to perform 10 - 16 repetitions

  • The last few reps should feel challenging!

  • Perform each side back to back for 3 total sets on each side
