  • On your hands and knees, place your wrists under your shoulders and knees under your hips

  • Relax your shoulders away from your ears, spiral your elbow creases forward (shoulder external rotation) and spread your shoulder blades wide across your back

  • Keep your head in line with your spine

  • Can you find a slight hill in your upper back and a slight valley in your lower back?

  • Can you breathe easily in this position?
