KEY POINTS

Keep most of your weight on your front leg. The back leg is just a kickstand.

Keep your knee directly over your ankle and send your hips back.

Keep your spine in neutral. Your torso will end up more or less parallel to the floor.

Push the floor away from you with your front foot as you return to standing.

Stand tall! Feel your tush!
