  • Perform the variation of your choice on each side, back to back, for 3 total rounds

Strength Boost Extra

Choose Your Move: Heel Lift

  • Choose a variation that allows you to perform 8 - 16 repetitions

    • The last few reps should feel challenging!

  • Perform 3 sets with 30 - 60 seconds rest between sets
